1x Grubereck room, B building: 20 sm, without balcony, with view to the Grubereck

2x Sonnblick rooms, B building: 20 sm, with balcony, bathroom with small interior high, with panoramic view to the Sonnblick

21x Comfort rooms A building: 24 sm with balcony or with terrace, garden                                     

6x Comfort rooms B building: 24 sm with  balcony or with garden      

2x Family Comfort rooms A building: 32 sm, 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds, balcony

2x Family Comfort room B building: 32 sm, 1 double bed + 1 bunk beds, balcony

Apartment  (bed linens, cooker, microwave, kettle, TV, use of swimming pool and sauna, WiFi)

A Apartment: 2 bedrooms: 2 + 2 double beds ,1 living room with pull-out bed, 1 bathroom 

B Apartment: 1 bedroom: 1 double beds and 1 single beds, 2. bedroom: 1 double beds and 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms

Breakfast: adults 10 €/person/day, 4 – 10 years 6 €/person/day

Buffet dinner: adults: 25 €/person/day, children 4-10 years 18 €/person/day,

–          Final cleaning:  Apartment 50 €

The prices do not contain the tourism tax (2 Euro/person/night, for persons above 15 years), it has to pay locally in the hotel

Pets: €15/day up

Half board PLUS meals : +8 €/person/night – from 6 years old.

+PLUS 1 sandwich/person/night to take away (none on the day of departure)
+PLUS 16.00 – 17.00 h: coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon

+PLUS between 18.00 – 20.00 1x 3 dl drink/person/day for dinner (from: draught beer, table wine – red and white, cola, orange soda, lemon soda, soda).

All Inclusive meals: +17 €/person/night – from 6 years onwards

+PLUS 1 sandwich/person/night to take away (none on departure day)
+PLUS 16.00 – 17.00 h: coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon

+PLUS 10.00 – 20.00 h: Drinks from: draught beer, table wine – red and white, cola, orange soda, lemon soda, soda in the restaurant

Premium All Inclusive meals from 6 nights stay: +23 €/person/night – from 6 years onwards

+PLUS 1 sandwich/person/night to take away (none on day of departure)
+PLUS 16.00 – 17.00 h: coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon

+PLUS 10.00 – 20.00 h: Drinks from: draught beer, table wine – red and white, cola, orange soda, lemon soda, soda in the restaurant

+PLUS 10.00 – 20.00 h: All inclusive spirits (vodka, gin, whisky, rum) in the restaurant

The prices of the above mentioned supplements (Half Board PLUS, All Inclusive or Premium All Inclusive) are always the half board prices and should be booked for the whole stay and for all guests in the same room.

If you would like to book other meals (e.g. All Inclusive instead of Half Board), please let us know. A subsequent change is excluded.

The discounts can’t be combined

For the booking a transfer of a 30% deposit is required, our written confirmation will include the necessary informations. 

Single room or 1 night: 30 % extra

Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation within 30 – 16 days before the start of the trip, the accommodation will charge 30% of the total participation fee.

If there is a problem with your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible (at least 15 days before arrival). We are not able to refund the deposit paid, but we will be happy to send you a receipt so that we can credit it to a future reservation agreed in advance. 

In case of cancellation within 15 days, the accommodation will charge 100% of the total participation fee.

Different cancellation conditions apply for bookings made via other platforms.

For package or voucher bookings, changes can be made up to 16 days before arrival.

Vouchers purchased at a special price can only be used on the date indicated. The hotel cannot be held responsible for non-use or reimbursement.
